This week's Fabulous Friday find is "The Perfect Cupcake Recipe" from a mix. I found this over at Tidy Mom. Really, everything at Tidy Mom is fabulous so you should go check her out.
I made cupcakes last weekend using this recipe and it is exactly what it says- you really get a thick creamy batter this way. My cupcakes got rave reviews from church, co-workers and the hubby. And the tip about using the ice cream scoop to fill the cups works too!

YUM!! This looks like such a good recipe --the eggs and butter are killers but for a special occasion I could do this :)
